Printing & Embroidery
We are offering various kinds of printing solutions for the logo-message to be printed on bag selected.
1. Silk screening
We widely utilize a peg system also commonly called PVC- PIGMENT silk screen printing jobs.
Traditionally un-sewn cut/roll fabric are placed on 60 feet long adhesive tables that are lined with metal pegs. Screen operators than move down the table, one page at a time with screens that aligns in to the table’s pegs. This insures excellent registration and consistent color distribution on fabric. We can even print 10 color process artwork and halftone process artwork using this method.
Our facility has a daily output of approx 4k to 5k pieces but can vary as a result of length & complexity of design.
2. Offset Printing
We also use five color offset (thermal plate impression) printing on bag using high quality offset machine. We can use nonwoven, laminated cloth and Nylon cloth for offset printing process which make bags printing uncommon. These bags are widely use for packing & promotional activities.
3. BOPP Printing
we are also using BOPP /Polyester films for six color roto gravure printing. This printed film laminates on nonwoven and/or woven fabric, which in turn uses to make packing and promotional bags in volume. This can offer the high resolution printing bags at lower cost.
4. Embroidery
We are also capable of volume Embroidery on latest equipments. We can meet around 1000 finished pieces. But can vary as a result of length and complexity of design.
